Owner Operators
IDM trucking is always looking to welcome new owner operators to our team. As an owner-operator, you will enjoy a competitive rate of pay, fuel discounts, and our family environment. Similar to our company drivers, our owner-operators will have many weekends home along with a company issued EZ Pass and licenses and tags for your equipment. Your truck should ideally be no older than 10 years and will need to pass an inspection by our shop prior to signing. Owner-operators must meet the same qualifications as our employee drivers.

Driver Qualification Criteria:
– Minimum of one year over the road driving experience
– Minimum age 22 years old
– No serious moving violations within the last five years (Reckless Driving, DUI, etc.)
Employment Application Documents
– Current copy of CDL and Medical Examiner’s Certificate
– Current copy of driving record (from Department of Motor Vehicles)
– Pre-employment drug screen
– Criminal background check
– Previous employment reference check
